By accessing or using our website (niddore.in), inquiring about properties, requesting brochures, scheduling Sakleshpur site visits, or placing booking reservations for The Whispering Forest Farmland & Resorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

All information, master plans, plot dimensions, pricing, images, render mockups, and videos displayed on this website regarding "The Whispering Forest" or other ventures are intended for general guidance and marketing purposes.

• Conceptual Renderings: Architectural elevations, resort amenity renders, and landscaping designs represent artist impressions and design concepts.
• Final Survey Boundaries: Exact plot areas, boundary dimensions, and tree counts will be governed strictly by the final registered Sale Deed, 11E survey sketch, and mutual agreement documents.
• Price Revisions: Property prices, pre-launch offer discounts, and plot availability are subject to change without prior notice prior to token receipt.

Niddore facilitates guided property tours to our managed farmland and resort sites at Sakleshpur, Hassan District, Karnataka:

• Safety Protocols: Visitors are requested to follow estate safety guidelines while touring forest terrain, coffee plantations, and natural water bodies.
• Transportation Services: Complimentary or coordinated transport provided by Niddore is subject to prior confirmation and schedule availability.
• Personal Liability: Visitors enter project grounds voluntarily. Niddore is not liable for personal injuries resulting from non-compliance with estate safety instructions.

Plot reservations and Expressions of Interest (EOI) are subject to specific commercial terms:

• Booking Token: Plot reservation requires payment of an official booking token amount against an official receipt issued by Niddore Royal Properties Venture.
• Payment Milestones: Subsequent installment payments must be remitted strictly as per the agreed Payment Schedule defined in the Allotment Letter.
• Cancellation & Refund: Booking cancellations are governed by the terms specified in your individual Booking Agreement. Refund processing timelines and applicable administrative charges will apply as agreed upon.

Ownership and management of farmland plots at The Whispering Forest are subject to Karnataka land laws and internal estate guidelines:

• Statutory Compliance: Farmland ownership is subject to the Karnataka Land Reforms Act and applicable revenue department norms.
• Plantation Management: Ongoing maintenance of coffee, timber, fruit trees, and organic plantation is managed under a separate Farmland Maintenance Agreement.
• Resort Stay Privileges: Resort club house usage, stay privileges, and passive revenue-sharing arrangements (if applicable) are governed by the resort management guidelines.

All content on this website—including the brand name NIDDORE™, logo marks, emblem crests, project names ("The Whispering Forest"), photographic assets, aerial drone footage, texts, and design layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Niddore Royal Properties Venture.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Niddore Royal Properties Venture shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability, technical glitches, third-party communication delays, or decisions made based solely on web content without verifying physical documents.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, property bookings, or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore or Hassan, Karnataka, India.
